Estate planning is the use of documents like wills, trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, living wills, and others to plan for the distribution of your assets and end of life care.

We were both born and raised in Pennsylvania, and both attended Penn State Law School. After graduation we worked at the same large law firm in upstate New York where we practiced in the areas of estate planning, elder law, real estate, and business law. We quickly decided that we wanted to leave the firm to create our own smaller, more specialized practice. We sold most of what we owned, packed the car with our camping gear, and headed west in search of adventure and the best place to start our practice and call home.

We were lucky enough to find the Flathead Valley and immediately felt at home in Bigfork, where we have established our practice. We enjoy serving our community and exploring everything the Flathead Valley has to offer.
