Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku and forest therapy, is a practice that invites you to slow down and experience the natural world through your senses without any other goal or focus. Research shows that forest bathing reduces stress & anxiety, improves sleep, enhances focus & creativity, boosts immune system function and increases feeling of happiness. Forest bathing is also about deepening your relationship with the natural world.
