Whitefish claims nineteen “Art Spots,” including galleries, retail shops and exhibits. Restaurants commonly have their own exhibits from local artists with artwork for sale. Montana scenery and wildlife is a popular subject of local artists, but there is something for everyone, from pottery to metalwork, from western to modern. Stop in the Chamber for a map of Art Spots to start your tour. During the summer months, the first Thursday of each month, twelve Art Galleries in Whitefish host Gallery Nights. Kids also have many opportunities to make and see art, and attend theatre camps.
